Our pre-purchase Building Inspections provide clients with a detailed report of the building highlighting any defects. Areas inspected include the roof exterior, roof void, interior, exterior, subfloor (if applicable) and the site.

The Report will provide the purchaser/s with a comprehensive room by room overview encompassing all building elements such as floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors and cupboards.
