Be Sure Building & Pest Inspections is a locally owned business which prides itself on providing clients with quality Building and Pest Reports.

We offer an efficient, professional service with most reports being available for the client 24 hours after the inspection date. Our reports include support photographs to help explain defects to our clients.

Our experienced trade qualified inspector is fully licensed and insured, and all Building and Pest Inspection Reports comply with the Australian Standards (AS4349.1 and AS4349.3).
